A Family Room Addition

Exciting New Project! A curved wall…

Synergy Building is very excited by the new challenge we’ve undertaken.  We cleared a lot and staked out a curved house last month! Duplex Rental to Single Family Historic Renovation

Town of Chapel Hill Affordable Homes get a facelift

Retaining Walls & Landscaping

The challenges created by this multi-level addition and renovation in the historic area of Chapel Hill did not stop with figuring out how to engineer a garage beneath the original foundation.
