From site preparation to siding, the quality of workmanship has been high. Synergy handles the business side of things equally well. The initial cost estimate is broken down by tasks, the contract is very straightforward, and the bi-weekly billing statements allow you to compare actual costs with projected costs so you know the project status every two weeks. They moved stairs, walls, rooms, raised the roof, rewired and re-plumbed the house.
