Whole House Renovation One

This rental home needed a lot of attention! The owners of this property had a vision of turning this house located in a historic neighborhood near UNC campus, into their custom home. The garage was removed, the electric, plumbing, and hvac systems were removed, and the structure was gutted down to the studs. Synergy then worked closely with the home owners and designer to rebuild the house. We added a new garage with a master suite above, a screen porch, decks, and enlarged the front entry. New water , sewer, and electrical service connections were made. With spray foam insulation, and new hvac systems, this home was changed into a modern energy efficient dream home. A couple of years after the home was completed, the owners asked Synergy to come back and add on an in-law suite addition off the back of the house.
