can help you initiate custom
design work, or pick out a home plan from
our extensive library.

within your budget. Once plans are
completed we will begin estimating and
arrive at a workable contract price.

want. At each stage of the building process we
work closely with our clients to ensure clear
agreements about scheduling and budget. Together,
Tom Howlett and Rick Allen offer a unique advantage to
the process of custom home building. They both also
have educational degrees and professional experience
in the area of human services. Their skills in
interpersonal relationship building, counseling, and
mediation encourage clear communications, and positive
working relationships with their many associates,
suppliers and contractors, as well as with their
